Our Job Specifications

•Move all furniture and cover everything with a new 4 mil. plastic.
•Cover all the floors in the work area with clean drop clothes.
•Remove all outlet receptacles and outlet covers.
•Tape all exposed surfaces (E.g. wood base, receptacles, lights, etc..)
•Patch all holes, cracks, and any other damages with durabond after we sand it all smooth.
•Sand and prime all patches & spots on the walls, in addition we sand the walls prior to painting.
•Our daily clean up of jobs includes: replacing all switch covers, moving furniture to its original places and vacuum all surfaces.
•All paint is Benjamin Moore with one coat application unless otherwise noted.
•Colors chosen by customer prior to start of job.
